Given its export vocation, RESUL has always favored internationalization, so, despite its strong implementation in Portugal, its turnover in foreign markets today exceeds that of the domestic market.
In the domestic market, in summary, its main customers are:
- In the electricity sector, all institutional companies in the sector: E-REDES, Distribuição de Electricidade SA (former EDP), REN-Redes Energéticas Nacionais, EDA-Electricidade dos Açores, EEM-Empresa de Electricidade da Madeira and also all the main Portuguese installers.
- In the Gas area, the main LPG distributors.
- In the area of renewable energies (photovoltaic plants), large companies in the private sector have large areas (on roofs or car parks) for the installation of panels.
With regard to the foreign market, RESUL to date has exported its products to more than 50 countries around the world, with its target markets being developing countries that still have strong shortcomings in terms of infrastructure for utilities.
With regard to the Department of Renewable Energies, RESUL has also installed photovoltaic plants in Spain.
